“Telephone”



During my second year in college, I was tasked with designing the layout for the first chapter of Percival Everett’s “Telephone.”

The novel follows Zach Wells, a geology professor whose life begins to unravel as he grapples with his daughter’s worsening illness and a mysterious note found in a secondhand shirt—both pulling him into a quiet yet profound journey of moral reckoning.
